cellulite massage oil/ wrap

Things you need. 
8 oz of oil.  (pretty much can be your favorite fixed oil)  I used olive oil when I did this.
***4 drops of each of these essential oils Thyme, Fennel, Lavender, Geranium and Juniper Berry essential oil.  *** 
1 roll of plastic wrap.
Mix the essential oils into the fixed oil and apply generously to areas of cellulite. 
For the wrap:
You put saran wrap or any other plastic wrap around the area, stay warm and leave the wrap on for 20 minutes. 
For the massage:
Use this on your areas that have cellulite and massage towards the body.  This helps flush the fluid up towards where it needs to go, (towards the kidneys)   I used to spend about 5-10 minutes per leg and definitely got results.  Part of the results were from the physical action of the massage, the lasting part of the results are increased circulation which is one thing that fights against cellulite.  However, with everything please check with your doctor in order to make sure that it is safe for you to do this. 
**Please make sure that you are not allergic or sensitive to any of these essential oils before using them.  If you are sensitive to them you can still do the wrap and the massage, the essential oils are only to help the circulation in those areas prone to cellulite.***
