This is a very strong tip! Have your agents start listing properties on PropertyNut.com. We are getting ready to announce a Joint Venture with these folks. They are stirring up some crazy stuff with their agent clients in Arizona, Texas, and California.

There is an option on a listing page that says "Can I Qualify for this Property?" This is a lead capture tool for the real estate agent as well as the mortgage person that the agent works with. GetPreQualified.com was instrumental in getting this tool installed on their site.

So far over the course of about 1 month that have been approximately 100 exclusive leads given to the agents using propertynut respective to the ads that the leads came from.

There are many new things on the horizon for GetPreQualified.com and PropertyNut.com.
