I have written a few articles about this on http://getprequalified.com/article/105566/mortgage_refinance/economic_stimulus_plan_of_2009_should_we_lock_our_refinance_mortgage_loan.html.

Would love to hear some ideas about where do we go from here? Should the President authorize Fannie and Freddie loan limits be set higher in all areas of the US to allow folks the opportunity to refinance but can't because their loans are upside down?
