1% Down Payment Assistance Program

Utah’s Home Buyer Solution Gift Program is only offered by The Lending Company.
The program is not a seller-funded down payment program.
It provides up to 2.5% of the purchase price as a gift to home buyers on a FHA 30 year fixed first mortgage.
Homebuyer’s down payment could be as low as 1%.
Sellers may contribute up to 3% to be applied towards closing costs, rate buy downs and other prepaid items.
The gift is not limited to first-time home buyers.
The gift is not limited to foreclosures or vacant properties.
Homes and condos that are HUD approved and owner occupied are eligible. Multi-family properties for up to 4 families are also eligible.
All borrowers must have a minimum credit score of 640.
The gift program requires home buyer education.
